本隱私政策說明 BDA Pictures（以下稱「本 App」）如何蒐集、使用、儲存與保護您的個人資料。使用本 App 即代表您已閱讀並同意本政策內容。

一、我們蒐集的資料

為提供登入、施工照片紀錄與多人協作功能，本 App 會蒐集下列資料：

本 App 不會蒐集：定位資訊、聯絡人、瀏覽紀錄、健康資料、財務資料、生物辨識資料。

二、第三方服務

本 App 使用下列第三方服務，這些服務有自己的隱私政策：

• Firebase（Google）：身份驗證、資料庫（Firestore）、雲端儲存、雲端函式 — Google 隱私權政策
• Google Sign-In：Google 帳號登入服務 — Google 隱私權政策
• Sign in with Apple：Apple 帳號登入服務 — Apple 隱私權政策

三、資料儲存與安全

• 所有資料儲存於 Google Cloud（Firebase）伺服器，主要位於亞太地區。
• 資料傳輸均採用 HTTPS / TLS 1.2 以上加密。
• 使用者照片與專案資料以 Firestore 安全規則保護，僅該專案成員可存取。
• 本開發者不會主動瀏覽、下載或分析使用者上傳的照片。

四、資料分享

本 App 不會將您的個人資料出售、出租或用於廣告投放。

下列情況可能涉及資料分享：

• 協作專案內：當您加入或建立多人協作專案時，您的姓名與頭像會顯示給該專案的其他成員。
• 法律要求：依法律、法院命令或主管機關要求時，本開發者可能配合提供必要資料。

五、資料保留與刪除

• 您的個人資料會保留至您主動刪除帳號為止。
• 本 App 提供「App 內帳號刪除功能」：開啟設定 → 點選「刪除帳號」即可永久刪除您的帳號與相關資料。
• 刪除帳號後，下列資料會立即刪除：登入資訊、頭像、您獨自擁有的專案及其全部照片。
• 多人協作專案會保留，但您將從成員清單中移除。
• 若無法在 App 內操作，您可寄信至下方聯絡信箱要求刪除，本開發者將於 30 天內處理。

六、您的權利

您有權：

• 查詢、修改個人資料（透過 App 內設定頁面）
• 隨時刪除您的帳號與相關資料
• 撤回同意（透過刪除帳號完成）
• 就本政策內容提出疑問或申訴

七、兒童隱私

本 App 並非專為 13 歲以下兒童設計。本開發者不會故意蒐集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。若您發現有兒童在未經父母同意下使用本 App，請與我們聯絡。

八、Cookie 與追蹤技術

本 App 不使用 Cookie，亦不使用任何跨 App 或跨網站的追蹤技術。Apple ATT（App Tracking Transparency）相關權限不適用於本 App。

九、政策變更

本隱私政策可能隨服務調整而更新。重大變更時，我們會透過 App 公告或下次登入時提示您。建議您定期查看本頁面，最新版本以本網址為準。

This Privacy Policy describes how BDA Pictures ("the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

To provide login, construction photo recording, and team collaboration features, the App collects the following data:

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore database, cloud storage, cloud functions — Google Privacy Policy

• Sign in with Apple: Apple account login service — Apple Privacy Policy

3. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers, primarily in the Asia-Pacific region.
• All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS / TLS 1.2 or higher.
• User photos and project data are protected by Firestore security rules; only project members can access them.
• The developer does not actively browse, download, or analyze user-uploaded photos.

4. Data Sharing

The App does not sell, rent, or use your personal data for advertising.

Data may be shared in the following situations:

• Within collaborative projects: When you join or create a multi-user project, your name and profile photo are visible to other project members.
• Legal requirements: The developer may comply with legal requests, court orders, or governmental demands when required by law.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Your personal data is retained until you delete your account.
• The App provides in-app account deletion: open Settings → tap "Delete Account" to permanently delete your account and related data.
• Upon account deletion, the following are immediately removed: login data, profile photo, and any projects you solely own (including all photos in those projects).
• Multi-user collaborative projects will be retained, but you will be removed from the member list.
• If you cannot perform deletion within the App, please email the address below; the developer will process the request within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and modify your personal data (via the in-app Settings page)
• Delete your account and related data at any time
• Withdraw consent (by deleting your account)
• Submit questions or complaints regarding this policy

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed for children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child is using the App without parental consent, please contact us.

8. Cookies and Tracking

The App does not use cookies or any cross-app/cross-site tracking technology. Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt does not apply to this App.

9. Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the service evolves. For material changes, we will notify you through an in-app announcement or upon next login. Please check this page periodically; the latest version available at this URL is authoritative.
